LANSING, MI (WHTC) - The state Board of Canvassers yesterday confirmed that Muskegon City Commissioner Willie German Junior did get enough write in votes during last month’s Primary Election to be listed as the Democratic Party’s challenger to Republican incumbent Congressman Bill Huizenga in the November 6^th General Election. German stepped in after David Takitaki withdrew at the filing deadline in May due to health reasons.
