ALLENDALE, MI (WHTC) - Grand Valley State University officials say that 24 thousand, 654 students enrolled for classes at its campuses in Allendale, Holland, Grand Rapids and Muskegon this fall, just shy of last year’s record. Of that, just over four thousand are freshmen, up two percent from last year. Hope College has yet to announce its official enrollment numbers, but officials said last month that last year’s record of 3249 should be eclipsed.
