PARK TWP., MI (WHTC) - West Ottawa school officials will be on hand at the district’s administration office on 136^th Avenue from 7 to 8 PM tonight for an open house on all aspects of Title 1. The federal program financially meets the needs of low-income or academically at-risk students to help them master grade level standards. More than 14 billion dollars are doled out annually nationwide in this program, which has been in existence since 1965.
