HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) - A 22-year-old Holland man awaits a pre-preliminary examination this Friday on charges stemming from an alleged robbery of an occupied mobile home on Holland's North Side. Israel Pacheco-Gutierrez remains in the Ottawa County Jail on 25 thousand dollars bond on first-degree home invasion and unlawful imprisonment charges. An unnamed 18-year-old man living in a unit at the Windmill Mobile Home Park off of Lakewood Boulevard west of US-31 claimed that Pacheco-Gutierrez broke into the trailer around 8 AM on October 22nd, implied that he was armed, tied up and blindfolded the victim, and made off with a number of electronic items. The victim was able to break free and called police; he was not injured. Neighbors identified Pacheco-Gutierrez, which helped lead to his arrest, and around 25 hundred dollars of stolen loot was recovered.
