WEST OLIVE, MI (WHTC) - During yesterday’s Ottawa County Commissioners meeting, the Board approved establishing salaries for county Road Commissioners at 95 hundred dollars for its chairman and nine thousand even for the other four members. It’s an increase from eight grand for two incumbents and 48 hundred for three others, but the hike is offset by eliminating county-paid health insurance for that panel. The new rates begin on January 1^st.
