LANSING (WKZO) -- The number of Michigan residents who have contracted fungal meningitis from tainted steroid injections has reached 62 with five deaths.  Only Tennessee with 69 cases has more, and nine people have died in that state.  The outbreak has been traced to steroids from a Massachusetts pharmaceutical firm and has sickened 297 people in 16 states.
