LANSING (WKZO) -- The number of fungal meningitis cases in Michigan linked to tainted steroids is now up to 47.  Three people have died in the state and a fourth Michigan resident died in Indiana after all received the shots for back pain.  The outbreak, caused by steroids from a Massachusetts company, has sickened 233 people in 15 states and has resulted in 16 deaths to date.
