MUSKEGON, MI (WHTC) - A 47-year-old former Allegan County Sheriff’s Deputy was arraigned yesterday on various charges stemming from a Monday crash in Muskegon County. A police chase from Kent County ended up with Kevin Haan’s pickup truck crashing into a former school building east of Muskegon. Haan was a deputy for seven years before being suspended in 2008 following a series of off-duty personal incidents.
