GRAND RAPIDS, MI (WHTC) - The stepfather of noted teenaged Holland hot dog cart vendor Nathan Duszynski was released on a personal recognizance bond, nearly two months after he was arrested. Authorities claim that Douglas Johnson had bilked a Cedar Springs man a 15 hundred-dollar retainer fee for legal services that he never provided. Johnson returns to court on November 1st, and as a repeat offender, could face life in prison if convicted.
