LIVONIA (WKZO) -- Former U.S. Representative Thaddeus McCotter is expected to testify Thursdayday in a preliminary exam for a case involving a petition scam.
McCotter staffers Paul Seewald and Don Yowchuang face several charges in connection with a petition rigging scandal. According to officials, McCotter is expected to testify that neither he nor Seewald knew of the scam.
In August, both Seewald and Yowchuang pleaded not guilty to the charges. McCotter has not been charged with any crime.
