DETROIT (WKZO) -- Detroit Mayor Dave Bing says that despite the warning of a financial review team the city will not run out of cash. He says he'll push harder in his attempts to implement fixes. Those fixes include having an ouside vendor handling payroll, saving the city a million dollars a year. The mayor also says he'll get more aggressive with people who owe back-taxes.
