BENTON TOWNSHIP (WKZO) -- A Tennessee mom who failed to return her 4-year-old son to his father in Michigan at the appointed time has turned herself into police in Benton Township, Tennessee.  He has custody.  She only has visitation rights.

The child has been returned to his Custodial parent, his dad in Morley, Michigan which is a few miles north of Grand Rapids.

Jessica Coleman claims she is concerned for the boys safety if he's left with his dad. She and her mother were charged with custodial interference.
