WEST OLIVE, MI (WHTC) - Highlighting this afternoon’s Ottawa County Board meeting is the presentation of the proposed 2014 county government budget, along with a subsequent public hearing. The projected revenue of nearly 63 million dollars is about a million dollars short of planned spending, which is near the same level as this current year, with fund reserves available to make up the difference, although the county hasn’t had to use that in the past.
