SOUTH HAVEN, MI (WHTC) - The Waterfront Film Festival has a new home in 2013. The event was held in Saugatuck for the first 14 years, but organizers will move to South Haven through 2014, thanks in part to 50-thousand dollars pledged by that city in sponsorship and fundraising efforts, along with venues that are large enough to handle any growth in the festival. Both of those issues were apparently reasons why the WFF wanted to leave Saugatuck.
