LANSING (WKZO) -- The advocacy group Michigan Citizen Action has issued a report on the effects of repealing the state's item pricing law last March.  Before then, every item on a store shelf had to have a price tag, which retailers said was cumbersome and cost them money to pay someone to do it.  Michigan Citizen Action executive director Linda Teeter says their study has shown the repeal has failed and has resulted in higher prices and increased confusion at the cash register.
