OTSEGO, MI (WHTC) - EPA officials have boarded up the windows and doors, and barricaded the former Rock-Tenn paper mill in Otsego, in order to protect passersby from exposure to asbestos fibers from the facility. Charges have been filed against Michael Davis for releasing the toxic material from the site five years ago when scrapped out pipes and other components were removed. He will also be held liable for efforts to clean up the complex.
