ZEELAND, MI (WHTC) - A scare at Zeeland’s Mead Johnson Nutritional facility on Main Street yesterday afternoon turned out to be a false alarm. Authorities were called to the plant when a staffer spotted a white powder on mail dropped off earlier in the day. It was determined that the powder came from single-serve baby formula samples contained in one of the packages that was inadvertently opened during mail processing at the Zeeland Post Office.
