DOUGLAS, MI (WHTC) - The outspoken owner of Tower Marine in Douglas told the Kalamazoo Lake Harbor Authority yesterday that he would sell his marina to the public entity as part of a plan to upgrade the lake into what he calls a “first class docking harbor.” The authority will take the offer of RJ Peterson under consideration as it prepares to present a two million-dollar dredging plan before the Saugatuck and Douglas city councils on December 11^th.
