MUSKEGON, MI (WHTC) - A preliminary exam is slated this afternoon for Kevin Haan, a 47-year-old Wyoming man accused of being involved in a drunken fight with police after he crashed his pickup into a former school building in Muskegon Township last month. He is charged with fleeing and eluding, drunken driving, and resisting and obstructing. Haan was an Allegan County Sheriff’s Deputy for 17 years before resigning in 2008 after misdemeanor convictions for drunken driving, domestic violence and malicious use of a telephone charges.
