HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) - Northbound motorists heading into Holland from Saugatuck along Washington Avenue will be diverted around West Michigan Regional Airport to Lincoln Avenue today, as city crews install new lighting inside the tunnel under the airport’s main runway. Southbound traffic was closed for similar work yesterday, and city officials say that more delays could come next week if the project isn’t fully completed. Other repairs and renovations to the eight-year-old tunnel are also being done at this time.
