GRAND RAPIDS, MI (WHTC) - The first of seven persons indicted for their part in an extensive methamphetamine ring operating out of two homes on Holland’s North Side was arraigned on Friday. Amanda Dorton was ordered into a residential correction program in Kalamazoo following a not-guilty plea on conspiracy to distribute charges at US District Court in Grand Rapids. The other six involved are expected to make their first court appearances on Monday. Prosecutors claim that the seven ran an operation that brought in 750 thousand dollars.
