Ana Luisa Charlotiaux worked at the couple's Chateau Miraval home in the tiny village of Brignoles in France, but claims she was dropped from her role as a translator for the house's staff while she was on sick leave.
She lodged a complaint in her native France, seeking $111,800 (£69,875) in compensation.
The case was heard by a judge in France on 11 September (11) and a ruling was made in favour of the Hollywood couple, according to French website Leparisien.fr.
However, Charlotiaux's attorney Emmanuel Ludot insists his client wants to appeal against the decision.
