HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) - Holland City Council members will be busy tonight, with a special business meeting to award bids for landscaping Lincoln Avenue from 16^th to 24^th streets, along a stretch of road that was rebuilt earlier this year. It will be followed by the regularly-scheduled work-study session that will deal with a variety of neighborhood and budget items. The meeting and session begins in City Hall at 5:30 PM.
