GRAND RAPIDS, MI (WHTC) - In documents filed at federal court in Grand Rapids, the attorney for one of seven men arrested in a July 19th crackdown on gang activity in Holland stated that prosecutors plan to file additional charges after the first of the year on Francinet Cruz and Nicholas Bernal. The motion for a continuance asks that no proceedings occur until the government’s case against them and the other five – Desidario Amaro, Arturo Deleon, Ramon Gaytan Junior, Francisco Martinez Junior, and Ramon Morales – has been finalized. All of the alleged members of the Holland Latin Kings are already facing weapons charges.
