GRAND RAPIDS, MI (WHTC) - The US Justice Department says a Delton man will plead guilty to a federal weapons charge today. Harold Ordway, arrested last year after a fender-bender accident on M-89 east of Plainwell, is also suspected of killing two roommates, but has not been charged with their deaths as yet. Federal sentencing guidelines could put him in prison for more than three decades due to their deaths, even though the charge he's admitting guilt to carries just a ten-year term. The body of 33-year-old Michael VanBuskirk was found in Kalamazoo County in October 2011, and Ordway is also suspected in the disappearance of 53-year-old Paul Atchley, whose body has not yet been recovered.
