HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) - During last night’s meeting, the Holland City Council approved allocating nearly 19 thousand dollars for Hope College’s Frost Center to conduct a resident survey about municipal services and needs. One of the questions will be on what should be done with the Civic Center. The polling by phone will begin on Monday, and last through the end of the month, with results expected to help Council in next year’s budget planning.
