LIVINGSTON COUNTY (WKZO) -- Bond is set at two-million dollars for a man held in connection with two-dozen shootings along the I-96 corridor across several southeastern MIchigan counties.
43-year-old Raulie Casteel has been formally charged on one count each of assault with a dangerous weapon, carrying a weapon with unlawful intent, and intentionally firing a firearm from a vehicle. He is also charged with three counts of possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony.
Additional charges could be coming in connection with incidents in Ingham, Oakland and Shiawasee Counties as well. Casteel's family says the man is mentally ill and has refused to seek treatment.
