HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) - During tonight’s Holland City Council meeting: The panel is expected to approve questions that Hope College’s Frost Center researchers will ask for a constituent survey into the Tulip City’s biggest issues; endorse planning budgets for task forces looking into Holland’s future energy needs; and approve ordinance amendments dealing with expense recovery involving super drunken drivers and those making false reports.
