UNDATED (WKZO) -- People around the U.S. will be turning their clocks back an hour when Daylight Saving Time ends at 2 a.m. overnight tonight. That's the time to put fresh batteries in your home's smoke alarms.
At the same time you should check your carbon monoxide detector.
About 65-percent of home fire deaths in the U.S. happen because of smoke alarms that have dead batteries.
