PONTIAC (WKZO) -- A Pontiac man accused of sending threatening letters to Congresswoman Candice Miller is scheduled to appear in court today.

38-year-old Robby Harris is accused of sending Miller letters threatening to sexually assault her unless she paid him one-million dollars.  According to federal authorities, the letters were sent to Miller's Shelby Township office early last month.

Miller is the U.S. representative for Michigan's Tenth Congressional District and has served since 2003.
