LANSING (WKZO) -- After a 150-million dollars spent on confusing, deceptive, and sometimes deceitful advertisements, it appears that even the polls are not in agreement on where the public stands on Michigan's ballot initiatives.
A Glen Gariff Group poll shows only the emergency manager law being considered in Proposal 1 has a chance of passage. An EPIC-MRA poll shows the home health care issue with a chance of passage and the EM law going down to defeat.
Pollsters acknowledge it's hard to predict what the voters who make it all the way to the end of a long ballot might do when they actually read the ballot language in the initiatives, many for the first time.
