KALAMAZOO (WKZO) -- It was a chilly and damp All Hallows Eve in West Michigan, but you could tell from the enthusiasm of the young trick or treaters we ran into that nothing short of a repeat of Hurricane Sandy was going to keep them home and away from the doorsteps of the neighbors, where treats waited.
Except for the sugar buzzes and the belly aches, the holiday is all but over for the kids here.
In Warren, Michigan and in the Great State of New Jersey, damage from hurricane Sandy has delayed Halloween until the streets are safe again. In Warren, trick and treat is set for Friday. In New Jersey, the new plan is to hold it Monday evening.
For adults, the Halloween Parties may go on thru the weekend.
