LANSING (WKZO) -- There are fewer homeless people in Michigan, with their numbers falling by over 64-hundred from 2010 to 2011. A spokesperson for the Michigan State Housing Development Authority says while it remains a problem, the hard work of several agencies is paying off. Michigan's Campaign to End Homelessness started in 2006 to "ensure safe and stable housing for all state residents."
