LANSING, MI (WHTC) - Holland District Court Judge Bradley Knoll has filed a complaint with the Michigan Judicial Tenure Commission over the behavior of Hudsonville District Court Judge Kenneth Post. This stems from a December incident in which Post had attorney Scott Millard jailed on contempt charges for advising a client to not answer questions from the bench during a criminal hearing. That charge was later reversed by the Ottawa County Circuit Court, and the tenure commission has been investigating Post since Millard’s law firm filed a complaint. There is no timetable as to when, or if, the commission will take any action against Post.
