HOLLAND (WHTC) The 2012 Tulip Time parades continue Thursday afternoon as the Kinderparade makes it's way past the crowds in Downtown Holland.  This sixth day of the Tulip Time Festival is highlighted by the Kinderparade, with a new twist of having all floats towed by electric-powered or hybrid vehicles. It’s in honor of parade sponsor JCI, who along with LG-Chem, are building lithium ion batteries for vehicles in Holland. Organizers say than seven thousand students will be involved in one form or another during this parade, with coverage on 1450 WHTC and www.whtc.com & www.927thevan.com beginning at 2 PM.
