HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) - Holland-based office furniture maker Haworth announced yesterday the sale of its Canadian subsidiary to an independent investment entity. Groupe Lacasse had been in Haworth’s fold for a dozen years before the deal was finalized that would turn control of that company to a group headed by Lacasse President Sylvain Garneau and the family of company founder Guy Lacasse. The agreement would still allow Haworth and Lacasse to continue a “relationship as mutual customers and suppliers.” No sale price was announced.
