HOLLAND, (WHTC) The 2012 Tulip Time parades get underway at 2pm Wednesday afternoon. 1450 WHTC and 927thevan.com will be streaming live video and commentary from the Volksparade as well as the Kinderparade on Thursday and the Muziekparade on Saturday.  All parades begin at 2pm.
