LANSING (WKZO) -- An Autism Council will be created in the Michigan Department of Community Health to oversee the implementation of the state's Autism Spectrum Disorders State Plan. Governor Snyder made the announcement this week, saying the plan will help identify autism disorders "as soon as possible."
