HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) - Macatawa Watershed Project Coordinator Mary Fales is leaving her position at the end of this week to become the watershed project director for the Nature Conservancy’s Saginaw Bay office. During her four years along the Lakeshore, efforts to remove phosphorus from the waters in a 175 square-mile radius around the Holland-Zeeland area have intensified. The Macatawa Area Coordinating Council will select Fales’ replacement.
