HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) - A six-day, five-state bus tour by presumptive Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney concludes with a rally at Holland State Park this evening. The former Massachusetts Governor will speak at a shoreline rally in Holland State Park. While the 6 PM event is free, tickets will be required through this link (http://romneyhollandmi.eventbrite.com/?utm_medium=email&utm_source=et&utm_content=img_body_Holland+invite&utm_campaign=1317246_178000_Team+Michigan). Mr. Romney skipped visiting the Lakeshore prior to the February 28th Michigan primary, although his wife did speak at Hudsonville’s Pinnacle Center.
County Sheriff's Deputies and State Park Rangers are urging those coming to see Mr. Romney at Holland State Park to park their vehicles for free at the Ottawa County Fairgrounds site off of Ottawa Beach Road in Park Township and take air conditioned coach buses for the three-mile ride to the state park; that site will open at 4:30 PM today.
