HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) - Gas prices along the Lakeshore are back to pre-Memorial Day levels, as this morning’s survey of Holland area stations showed a per-gallon average of $3.79, wiping out a 20-cent savings at the pump seen on June 1st. According to Triple A’s daily polling, Michigan motorists are paying the fourth highest price for fuel in the continental US and the most east of the Rockies at $3.82; the national mean is 30 cents less at $3.52.
