Catherine Zeta-Jones is delighted she landed her singing-and-dancing role in Rock Of Ages as the rigorous workouts helped her get back in shape.

The Welsh actress admits she's prone to laziness when it comes to hitting the gym, and she got so fit on the set of the movie musical she re-discovered muscles she'd forgotten about.

The Traffic star tells British magazine S, ""I haven't danced for a while... I work out, and I have a ballet barre in my gym. But every time I do it I think, 'Why don't I do this all the time?' I get lazy so working on this film was a bit of a shock to the system. It was like, 'OK, I remember those Achilles. I remember that thigh muscle.' All those elements come back and it worked out great.""
