KALAMAZOO (WHTC) - Holland Christian High School is looking for a new baseball coach. Mike Ott, who had led the Maroons to a 180-84 record over the past eight seasons, was named today as the new head baseball coach at Kalamazoo College of the MIAA. Ott, a Calvin College graduate, led Holland Christian to two conference championships, two district finals, and the school's first regional title in 2006. Ott replaces Matt Rix, who had coached the Hornets the past seven seasons. Kalamazoo finished fifth in the MIAA this season with a 10-18 league record and 16-24 overall.
