HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) - A formal letter to the Holland City Council has been filed by the parents of Nathan Duszynski, the 13-year-old Holland boy who was forced to shut down sales from a hot dog cart that he attempted to operate in a private parking lot across from City Hall earlier this month. The letter asked that the city zoning code restricting vendor sales in the downtown district be “reinterpreted.” The matter will be looked at by Council tomorrow.
