LONDON - A Grand Valley State University graduate has rowed her way into the finals of the women’s pairs competition at the London Olympics. Sarah Zelenka and her partner, Sara Hendershot, had the second-fastest time in today’s preliminaries, posting a time of 6:59.29, two seconds behind a team from Great Britain. The 25-year-old Zelenka will go for the gold in Wednesday’s finals.
