UNDATED (WHTC) - Miguel Cabrera slugged two solo homers, while Quintin Berry and Brennan Boesch each cracked two-run round-trippers, as the Tigers on Sunday afternoon completed a weekend sweep of the visiting White Sox, 6-4. Now a game and a half ahead of Chicago in the AL Central standings, Detroit begins a three-game series at Cleveland on Tuesday night. Coverage on 1450 WHTC begins at 6:40 PM. Meanwhile, the Pale Hose return home to open up a three-game series versus Minnesota at US Cellular Field on Monday evening.

Lance Lynn and two relievers teamed on a five-hit shutout on Sunday afternoon, as St. Louis completed a weekend sweep of the visiting Cubs, 7-0. Chicago travels to Pittsburgh to begin a three-game series with the Pirates on Monday night.
