HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) - Yesterday’s gas price spike along the Lakeshore is reflected in this morning’s weekly survey of Holland area stations, although the per-gallon average cost of $3.57 is two penniess less than what was seen in and around the Tulip City seven days ago. Rates ranged from $3.39, which was pretty much the norm before the spike, and $3.59, which was seen at a majority of retailers. A year ago, motorists were paying on average $3.70 per gallon. Triple-A’s daily polling had marks of $3.45 nationally and $3.56 statewide.
