UNDATED (WHTC) – Tyler Teagarden’s two-run homer in the 13th inning enabled Baltimore to outlast the visiting Tigers last night, 8-6. The rubber game of the series at Oriole Park in Camden Yards is this afternoon, with coverage on 1450 WHTC beginning at 1:10 PM.

Ryan Dempster allowed just four hits in six scoreless innings to run his streak of consecutive scoreless frames to 33, as the Cubs defeated visiting Arizona yesterday, 4-1. Chicago goes for the series sweep of the Diamondbacks this afternoon at Wrigley Field.

Alcides Escobar slugged two homers and drove in three runs, powering Kansas City past the visiting White Sox last night, 6-3. The rubber game of the series at Kauffman Stadium is this afternoon.

Jorge Bonifacio and Justin Trapp each hit a homer and drove in two runs, as Kane County beat the visiting Whitecaps last night, 6-4. The series at Elfstrom Stadium in Geneva, Illinois, outside of Chicago, continues this evening. Broadcast time on 1450 WHTC and www.whtc.com begins at 5:50 PM.
