ZEELAND (WHTC) - Three candidates have filed applications to become the interim superintendent of Zeeland Public Schools. Board President Tom Den Herder and two colleagues will review resumes of the candidates Monday morning and decide which ones should be brought to the full board for consideration. The deadline for filing applications was Friday afternoon. The search was focused exclusively on internal hopefuls for the job that Dr. Dave Barry resigned from at the beginning of the month. A more extensive look for a permanent replacement will be conducted during the upcoming school year.
