GRAND RAPIDS, MI (WHTC) - How much students will spend in tuition for attending Grand Valley State University this fall will be determined late this morning when the eight-member school’s board meets to approve a new budget. GVSU is one of just three state-funded institutions of higher learning still without a set tuition rate for the 2013 academic year. So far, schools have adhered to keeping such hikes under four percent under a threat of losing a share of a state incentive. This past winter, the average GVSU Laker paid over 97 hundred dollars in tuition.
